Room Rate:

$229 for single and double rooms, run of the house.

Guest room rates are net, non-commissionable and subject to the appropriate state and local taxes in effect at the time of your program date. The tax rate in effect as of the date of this agreement is 15.4%.
The conference rate will be honored three (3) days before/after the official meeting dates based upon discount room Hotel availability at the time the reservation is made.

Reservation Call-in:

Reservations will be made by individuals directly with the Hotel's reservations department. Please inform your attendees to contact our reservations department at (800) 628-2112 or (312) 944-4100 and identify themselves as participants of the AIGA Chicago Regional Education Conference in order to receive your special group rates.
